SE Sports Players Manager is a purpose-built Joomla component for sports clubs, teams and organisations that need a professional way to showcase their squads online.

BUILT FOR CLUBS, DESIGNED FOR FELXIBILITY
At its core, the component provides a complete player management system within the Joomla admin. Add players with their name, photo, position, team, squad number, age, date joined, biography and up to two sponsors. Organise them into teams and positions that you define yourself — there are no hard-coded assumptions about your sport or structure.
The admin interface features Joomla's native drag-and-drop ordering so you can arrange your squad exactly as you want it displayed — by shirt number, alphabetically, or in any custom order. Filter by team, position or status to quickly find and manage players across large squads.
A MODERN THEMEABLE FRONTEND
The frontend displays players in a responsive card grid that looks sharp on any device. Each card shows the player's photo (or a customisable "awaiting photo" placeholder), name, position and sponsor details. Squad numbers appear as stylish overlaid badges. Players and management staff are automatically separated into tabbed views, keeping things clean and organised.
Clicking a player card takes visitors to a dedicated profile page with their full details and biography. Every URL is clean and search-engine-friendly thanks to the built-in SEF router — no query strings, just readable aliases like /squad/jane-smith.
YOUR COLOURS, YOUR BRAND
Every visual aspect of the component can be themed to match your club's branding. From the component options, you can configure card background and text colours, position header styling, primary and secondary accent colours, squad number badge appearance, sponsor label formatting and player detail page styling. You also have full control over typography — font family, size, weight and heading levels are all configurable without touching a single line of code.
MULTI TEAM READY
Create as many teams as you need and assign players accordingly. Each team can have its own Joomla menu item with automatic filtering, so your "Men's First Team" and "Women's First Team" pages each show only the relevant players — all from the same component, all manageable from one admin interface.
